TERMS & CONDITIONS
SERVICES:
Imperfect Viisuals agrees to provide photography services as outlined in the agreement between Imperfect Viisuals and the client.
PAYMENT:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure Imperfect viisuals services, with the remaining balance due 24 hours before the shoot starts (48 hours if a studio booking). If payment is not met on time then the booking will be cancelled. Additionally, bookings made within 24 hours incur an additional $25 charge.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Clients are required to have a confirmed location, time, and date in mind before booking with Imperfect Viisuals. Some bookings will Require a travel fee (changes depending on location). A grace period of 15 minutes will be granted, but a late fee of $25 will be required if this time is exceeded. Lateness beyond 30 minutes may result in the booking being cancelled or an additional $25 for every 15 minutes late will be required. The client must confirm on the day of the shoot that everything is running on track at least 4 hours before.
BOOKING ADJUSTMENTS:
Clients are required to pay a $25 reschedule fee if changing their booking once. If rescheduled more than once, a $50 fee is required. If rescheduling within 48 hours, there will also be a $50 fee. Rescheduling within 24 hours is not permitted and will result in the shoot being cancelled and full amount May Possibly be charged. Bookings cannot be downgraded after deposit is made- they can only be upgraded.
LOCATION:
The client is responsible for choosing the location. If there are photography restrictions in place at the venue and no suitable alternative, the shoot will be cancelled with full payment still due.
DELIVERY:
Imperfect Viisuals will deliver the final edited photographs within 3 days of the client selecting their Favorites from the shoot. An expedited service is available for next-day delivery , with an additional fee of $50 for photos (must be notified at least 1 day before the booking) . If the client requests modifications after receiving the final product, edit fees will apply.
COPYRIGHT:
Imperfect Viisuals retains the copyright ownership of all photographs taken during the event, granting the client a personal, non-commercial use license. The client grants Imperfect Viisuals The right to use images captured during the session for promotional purposes. Client must notify Imperfect Viisuals before booking if they don’t want their images to be used.
LIABILITY:
Imperfect Viisuals is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the event. The client agrees to hold harmless Imperfect Viisuals from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the event. Clients are to be aware that all images/footage from the event will be deleted 30 days after the booking.
CANCELLATION:
In the event of client cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. If rescheduling is desired, a new payment will be required (with less than 48 hour notice to the original booking) as it constitutes a separate booking. If the client changes the original booking information, there may be a fee or cancellation of the booking without a refund.
